A major vegetable processing company wished to undertake a significant expansion in its production capacity through the construction of a new processing plant in eastern Washington. The company retained Freer Consulting Co. to oversee the project "from the ground up" and managed all aspects of the construction process from property/water rights verifications, SEPA compliance, the building permit process and through the actual construction of the facility. Subsequent to the plant production coming on line, Freer Consulting Co. has continued to work with the client in the Risk Management Plan and Process Safety Management regulatory compliance as mandated by the EPA.
