Climate Disclosure Survey

The Climate Disclosure Survey is a voluntary risk management tool for insurance regulators to determine how insurance companies are assessing and managing climate-related risks.

The Climate Disclosure Survey program was adopted in the United States by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in 2010 and fifteen states are currently participating. The standard for climate-related risk reporting is based on the framework created by an international Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD).
