ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management System
The ISO 22000 international standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system. It is based on a rigorous combination of intercompany communication, sound food safety management programs, and the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles to identify potential food safety hazards. Freer Consulting Co. has extensive experience working within the food processing industry; specifically, in conducting hazard analyses, developing effective food safety management systems, and incorporating those systems into the overall management activities of an organization.
