Freer Consulting worked with the client to create a truck tanker wash manual, standard operating procedures, and a recordkeeping system that met the standards of the JPA Model Tanker Wash Guidelines, including a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan for identifying and controlling hazards that could contaminate tanker contents, standard forms for recordkeeping, and a folder system for storing records electronically.

Freer conducted a gap analysis of the client’s truck wash procedures and recordkeeping and identified areas in which the client was not compliant with JPA standards. Freer and the client created a manual with procedures for washing truck tankers that hauled food grade products, e.g., fruit juices and slurries, etc., a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan for identifying and controlling hazards that could contaminate tanker contents, standard forms for recordkeeping, and a folder system for storing records electronically.
Freer Consulting conducted an audit of the client’s trailer washing operations to identify any deficiencies and correct them as needed. The client was audited by the JPA and received JPA certification.
